Multiple Chart Types
Choose from Frequency (Bar, Column & Pie) Charts, Cross-tabulations (Pivot Tables), Statistical Charts and Response Tables.
Add commentary/description for each report.
Generate the reports dynamically with real-time data every time they are accessed.
Control report access to users.
Chart Description
For each chart, display the description of the input field used in the feedback form or use custom text.
The relative location of the text can be specified.
Chart Options
Customize each chart with available options. Use Bar, Column or Pie for frequency charts and optionally display the
chart information in a table.
Display value or percentage data.
Specify size of the chart.
Data Filters
Apply advanced filters based on multiple criteria to analyze and report by using only responses that meet certain criteria.
Conditions can be grouped by using logical operators to define the filter.
Labels and Colors
Customize data labels and colors for choices in charts and tables.
You can also merge choices into groups and use common labels.
Bin Ranges
Use bin ranges to divide any continuous data (such as respondent entered numbers) into bins so charts such as bar graphs may be generated by grouping values falling into each bin as entities.
Grouped Charts
Chart/tabulate frequency distribution of one field segmented by another field. This allows you to break out frequency distribution of one field by another field.
Select from group column or stacked bar/column charts.
Cross-Tabulations
Use Cross-Tabulations (Pivot Tables) to tabulate relationship between two input fields.
Display value and/or percentages.
Statistical Data/Charts
Chart/tabulate statistical information related to numerical inputs or scores.
Incorporate tables that include min, max, mean, median, mode, standard deviation, variance, Kurtosis, Quartile.
Response Tables
Use response tables to display responses to specific input fields by participant. This allows you to view the raw responses in a tabular fashion.
Optionally group the responses by any field.
Report Dashboards
Centralize and standardize reporting of results by creating reports dashboard from customizable reports and commentaries.
Response Data
Select the fields for which you would like to view the response data.
Select the Filters tab to specify filters to apply to the response data.
You can also download the selected data to a CSV file.
View/Edit Responses
Javelin provides a simple interface to look at raw response data in a tabular format as well as export the data for analysis in external tools.
You could also edit responses while viewing the response data.
Import Response Data
You can easily import CSV response data into Javelin feedback forms.
This may be useful when you have data collected using other applications.
